Simple Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 chickens or 24 pieces
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine or sherry

Preparation

Brown chicken and mushrooms in butter.
Place chicken in large greased casserole.
Mix undiluted soups and wine and pour over chicken.
Place mushrooms on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 12.
