Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Mix the sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together by hand. Add the remaining ingredients. After mixing all ingredients together by hand, pour into 3 waxed paper-lined pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool before icing.
