Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 chopped red pepper
    2 tsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Grease pan.
    Mix and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
