Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small sour cream
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns or O'Brien
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cornflakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all and cover with cornflakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
