Rocky Road - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) bars milk chocolate, cut up
    3 c. tiny marshmallows
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped nuts of choice
Preparation
    Line 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
    Butter the foil.
    In a medium bowl, cook chocolate, in microwave, on 100% power 1 minute, uncovered.
    Stir, cook another minute.
    Stir in marshmallows and nuts.
    Spread in pan. Chill about 30 minutes or until firm.
    Lift foil out.
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
    Store tightly covered.
    Yields about 80 pieces.
