Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 c. confectioners sugar
3 to 5 bananas
2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 large container Cool Whip
1 jar maraschino cherries
Preparation

Put pineapple into strainer to drain while preparing other ingredients.
Melt one stick of butter; mix with graham cracker crumbs.
Press into bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
Mix 2 sticks softened (not melted) butter with eggs and confectioners sugar. Mix for at least 15 minutes.
Spread mixture on top of graham cracker crust.
Slice bananas; place on top of mixture.
Spread pineapple on top of bananas.
Top with Cool Whip and cherries (cut in halves).
