Elsie'S Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. potatoes, diced
    2 lb. pork sausage or ground pork or mixture of ground beef and ground pork
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Cook diced potatoes in a small amount of water.
    Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.
    Add minced onion, mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
