Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. each: coconut and nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick melted margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts evenly over bottom of pan (can also add chocolate chips).
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Blend margarine, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Pour or spread evenly over top of uncooked cake.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
