Cheese And Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean regular sausage, browned
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grits, cooked according to directions on the box
    1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 large eggs, well beaten
    1/4 oz. can mild green chile peppers, seeded, chopped and drained
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add Tabasco, garlic salt and pepper to sausage.
    Set aside.
    Cook grits.
    Mix all ingredients well.
