Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lump crab
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 small onion, cut fine
1 green onion, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
green pepper to suit taste
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix crab, onion, eggs, green pepper, mustard, cream, cayenne and bread crumbs.
Form into 8 cakes; roll in bread crumbs.
Fry until brown.
These freeze well.
