Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, buttered
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. Jack cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 can chiles (whole)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Place buttered side down in 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
    Top with chiles and cheese.
    Beat eggs until frothy. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover and chill overnight (for at least 4 hours).
    Uncover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes until lightly browned.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Makes six servings.
