Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground chuck
3/4 lb. Italian sausage
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except oil.
Mix well and shape into balls. Fry meatballs in oil until browned. Drain and add to your favorite spaghetti sauce and serve over pasta.
Meatballs can be frozen raw or cooked for later use.
