Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) stick pepperoni, shredded
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. diced celery
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 egg
phyllo sheets
melted butter
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Lay down 1 phyllo sheet.
Brush with butter.
Repeat with second and third sheet, buttering each. Cut down short side.
Place 1 teaspoon filling at base.
Roll up as a flag; brush with butter.
Seal edges.
Bake at
375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
