Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 c. margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spread pecans and coconut evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour cake mixture over nuts and coconut.
Mix margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
(This works best if margarine is melted and cream cheese is softened.)
Pour mixture evenly over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, depending upon individual oven temperatures.
