Fettuccine Alfredo Roma - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fettuccine noodles
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. sweet butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Locatelli cheese, grated
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
1 c. sweet cream
1/2 c. sour cream
salt
freshly ground pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Cook noodles until tender in salted boiling water with oil added to prevent sticking.
Drain.
Melt butter over medium heat. Add cheese, sour cream, cream and beaten egg gradually and blend until slightly thickened.
Add pasta noodles, salt and pepper to taste and toss lightly.
Garnish with additional cheese.
You may add steamed broccoli and shrimp for a lovely variation.
