Tenderloin With Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. Lea & Perrins
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 (7 oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix
    1 (4 to 6 lb.) tenderloin
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Spear meat in several places and place in Ziploc bag.
    Pour marinade over meat; refrigerate for 8 hours.
    Turn occasionally.
    Drain and reserve marinade.
    Place on rack in baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Baste occasionally.
    Serve with remaining marinade.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
