Okra Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    15 to 20 pods okra, cut
    3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. corn (canned)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in pan.
    Add onions and pepper.
    Cook until tender. Add okra; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add corn and tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
