Mexican Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cream-style corn
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. corn meal (do not use mix)
    1 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix
    eggs,
    corn,
    baking powder, buttermilk, vegetable oil and
    corn
    meal
    together.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into well-greased skillet
    or casserole dish.
    Sprinkle peppers, cheese and
    1 full cup of scrambled hamburger meat over the 1st half. Pour
    on remainder of batter and sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
