Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cannellini beans
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 small head savoy cabbage
    2 carrots
    1 potato
    1 medium red onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/4 lb. string beans
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 slices bacon or 3 slices pancetta
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    chicken broth
Preparation
    Rinse
    beans
    and drain well.
    Remove stems of spinach. Wash cabbage and spinach.
    Cut spinach and cabbage leaves into thin strips and steam, with only the water left on the leaves after washing,
    until
    tender
    but
    not soggy.
    Drain and set aside. Cut
    carrots,
    potato,
    onion, celery and string beans into small pieces.
    Chop together parsley, garlic and bacon or pancetta.
