Potato Salad(One Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. blanched trimmed green beans
    6 oz. cooked red potatoes, cubed
    1 sliced hard-cooked large egg
    1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water)
    1/2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine beans, potatoes and egg; set aside.
