Pheasant Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked pheasant meat, diced*
1 c. cooked rice (cool or warm)
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
To serve warm, heat the pheasant, rice and soup.
Can be served cold, also.
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
