Butterhorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    12 ounces cottage cheese
    1 stick butter
    dash of salt
    2 cups flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and margarine with cottage cheese.
    Add flour and salt and mix well.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
    Divide dough into 3 parts.
    Roll each part into a circle on a floured board. Cut each circle into 12 triangles.
    Roll dough by starting with wide end and rolling to a point.
    Bake at 350 degrees on a greased cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes.
    (Keep other dough refrigerated until ready to roll out.)
