Spicy Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
    3 green onions
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. grated Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 hot pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Crumble sausage into large skillet.
    Add onions.
    Cook and drain.
    Place sausage in large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spread mixture into 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Cool 20 minutes on rack before cutting.
    Serve warm or cold.
    It's also good to serve sour cream with it.
