Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen
    6 large onions, chopped
    1 large stalk celery
    2 (No. 303) cans tomatoes
    1 can mushrooms (cut) and juice or substitute mushroom soup
    2 large pkg. spaghetti
    1 button garlic
    1 bell pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can English peas
Preparation
    Boil hen until tender; add water to make 2 quarts.
    Set aside. Cut onions, celery, pepper and garlic.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
    Put paste, tomatoes, veggies and 2 cups broth in heavy pan.
    Cook slowly for 2 to 3 hours.
    Add peas and all other ingredients.
    Salt to taste.
    Add water to make 2 quarts.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add spaghetti and cut up chicken.
    Mix well.
    Bake in covered roaster in medium oven until hot.
    Serve with grated cheese.
