Norwegian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round steak
1 lb. pork (lean and fat ground together)
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 large onion, minced
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 Tbsp. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix everything thoroughly together and let stand for 3 hours before making into balls.
Fry in hot vegetable oil.
After the meatballs are well browned, cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Thicken liquid for gravy.
