Sawmill Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bacon grease
1 c. flour
pinch of salt
dash of black pepper
water, as needed
Preparation

Put bacon grease in deep skillet and heat, adding flour, salt and pepper; stir constantly, until brown.
Add water while stirring, keep adding until you reach desired thickness.
Makes approximately 6 servings.
