Frosted Lemons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lemons
1 pt. half and half
1 c. sugar
mint sprigs
Preparation

Grate rind from 2 lemons.
Slice them in half and juice them. Combine rind, juice and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture into a chilled ice tray or shallow pan and slowly add half and half.
Stir constantly until well blended.
Freeze 2 hours.
Cut remaining lemons in half lengthwise, removing juice and pulp.
(Save for another purpose.)
Fill each half with lemon cream.
Serve at once with mint garnish.
Serves 4.
