Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix and blend first 8 ingredients. Add carrots. Bake in 3 layer pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or one 9 x 13 pan for 45 minutes.
