Oyster Sauce Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken thighs (preferably boneless)
    1/2 c. oyster sauce
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    chili pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour and deep fry.
    Put the rest of the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
    Add chicken and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes, turning chicken to coat with sauce.
