Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1 yellow squash
    1 zucchini squash
    2 carrots (shredded)
    1 Vidalia onion
    1 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Slice and shred all vegetables. You can use whole, boneless, or chopped chicken breasts. Mix vegetables and chicken with seasonings you prefer. Have a little oil in your cast iron skillet. Put vegetables and chicken in the skillet and stir well. Turn down and simmer until your desired doneness.
