Grandma'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour, sifted
    3 c. apples, diced thin
    1 c. nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour oil over sugar and let stand. Sift together 2 cups flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Cream eggs, sugar and oil and add to dry mixture, using mixer.
    Mix together 1 cup flour, apples, nuts and vanilla and add to batter.
    Bake in a Bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours or a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
    Cool before removing from Bundt pan.
