New Orleans Chocolate Cake With Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift sugar and flour into large bowl.
    Set aside.
    Put oleo, shortening, cocoa and water in pan and bring to boil.
    Pour over flour mixture.
    Stir well.
    Add soda to buttermilk; add to mixture, then add eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes.
    About 5 minutes before cake is done prepare icing.
