Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 8-inch) fresh head cauliflower
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
    45 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower tender-crisp; drain well and cool.
    Melt cheese with 1/2 stick butter; drizzle over cauliflower.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and combine with 1/2 stick butter.
    Put crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
    Bake before serving.
