Chicken A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut up chicken
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 orange, sliced crosswise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt oleo in frypan.
    Add chicken and brown.
    Remove chicken and place in shallow pan and arrange orange slices.
    In same frypan, make sauce by adding flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Gradually add orange juice.
    Cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
