Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp if frozen.
    Combine flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Dredge shrimp in flour mixture.
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently 1 to 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Stir in parsley.
    Serve over rice.
    Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp if desired.
    This is also good served over fettuccine alfredo.
