Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 medium bell peppers
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 small jar pimento
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    5 slices cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and add salt, pepper, onion, celery, bell pepper tops, pimento and parsley.
    Cook until done.
    Add rice and mix well.
    Boil peppers 5 minutes.
    Let cool a little and stuff with mixture; place in greased baking dish.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until peppers are done.
    Place one slice of cheese over each pepper and bake until melted.
