Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    4 c. rhubarb, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 small carton (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix yellow cake mix according to directions and pour into 9 x 13 pan.
    Sprinkle rhubarb and sugar over cake batter.
    Pour whipping cream over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.\tRemove from oven and invert onto a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil.
