Crock-Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton commercial sour cream (prefer Borden)
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    instant onion flakes to taste
    1 stick margarine or butter
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled, but still firm
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat and add sour cream and soup and onion flakes.
    When margarine mixture is melted and smooth, combine with the 6 to 8 medium-sized potatoes (boiled) and place in crock-pot on low heat.
    Cook in crock-pot for at least 1 hour.
