Irene'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. thinly sliced new potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 to 4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk, heated
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Arrange potatoes in layers in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle each layer with onion, salt and pepper; dot with butter.
Add hot milk.
Bake, uncovered, about 1 1/4 hours.
