Mozzarella Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except Mozzarella.
    Put half mixture in loaf pan.
    Spread Mozzarella cheese and then put the rest of the mixture on top, sealing the edges.
    Spread catsup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
