Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 small onions, chopped
    1/2 c. fine soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl until blended. Place remaining ingredients and 1 cup of sauce mixture in a large bowl; blend thoroughly. Place meat mixture in a 2-quart loaf dish, pressing to form a loaf. Pour 1/4 cup of sauce over the top. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting with 1/4 cup sauce after 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
    Drain excess fat. Pour over remaining sauce which has been heated.
