Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery, green onions and green pepper
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, divided
    oil
Preparation
    Mix tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, pimento, seasonings and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Shape mixture into fifteen (2-inch) balls. Roll in remaining 3/4 cup bread crumbs, coating well.
    Flatten balls into small patties.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
