Congo Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour (plain)
1 c. nuts
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Melt margarine; add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs, salt and baking powder.
Add flour and mix well.
Add nuts, then add chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased or sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
