Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks celery
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 grated carrots
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 lb. dried beans
    4 c. ham (with bone and juice)
Preparation
    Soak beans in water overnight. Cover everything with water in large pot. Cook on top of stove for 6 hours on slow heat.
