Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, Parmesan, eggs and seasonings.
    Mix lightly.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour off drippings.
    Combine tomato sauce and oregano.
    Pour over meat.
    Top with Mozzarella. Continue baking for another 30 minutes.
