Potato Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 can cream of mushroom soup
 
1 can milk (use soup can)
1 lb. round steak, cut up
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 Tbsp. sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            In a skillet, brown the beef, onion and celery.
 
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
