Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) cream-style golden corn
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Blend beaten egg, corn and melted butter or margarine.
    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir only enough to moisten the flour.
    Do not beat.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake in a preheated hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
