Chess And Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    lemon or vanilla flavoring
    1 (7 oz.) Sun-Maid California dried peaches
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation
    Cook peaches until tender.
    When water has cooked out, add 1 cup sugar and mash with potato masher.
    Put in refrigerator and cool.
    Spread 1/2 of fruit in bottom of pie shell (enough for 2 pies).
    Mix with spoon the eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla.
    Pour on top of fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
