Beef Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. water
1 jar mushrooms, sliced
egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
Mix. Shape into small meatballs.
Brown meatballs in oil until done.
Remove meatballs; drain, saving about 1 tablespoon.
Add onion, cook until tender.
Add cream cheese, water and mushrooms.
Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Fold in meatballs; serve over hot noodles.
