Cheese And Bacon Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) can bacon
Preparation
    Mince
    onion,
    grate
    cheese and melt butter.
    Cook and crumble
    bacon.
    Mix all ingredients; pour into a buttered 9 x 9-inch
    pan.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    We usually cut it into pieces and put it in warm rolls with a slice of meat, and it's really good.
    It also makes a nice supper.
